If you don't believe in esports, you haven't been to Katowice during the Intel® Extreme Masters week. Over 100,000 come to the city to watch the world's best gamers compete in Poland's most famous indoor stadium for a share in the prize money and to see their names engraved into the IEM trophy. In 2018, the event will feature the IEM World Championship in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void with an aggregate prize pool of over $950,000. Fans in Poland have managed to make the event unforgettable every time. Join us and be part of esports history for the sixth time.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive

Sixteen teams from all over the world will compete for $500,000 and their place in CS history among names like PGS Gaming, Mousesports, Fnatic, Na'Vi, Frag eXecutors and Astralis. The start of CS history in IEM dates back to 2006. IEM finals remain some of the most exciting for players to be a part of, not least because of 10,000 fans in the audience.


StarCraft II

Famous for the unique atmosphere generated by the amazing fans in Katowice, this IEM World Championship will be the 8th to feature StarCraft II. Over the years, the event has become one of the most important tournaments in the SC2 calendar and is the largest and the most lucrative RTS event in the ESL universe.


Player Unknown's Battlegrounds

After its North American competitive debut at Oakland, IEM will be bringing the PUBG Invitational to its World Championship in Katowice on February 24-25. Taking place at IEM EXPO, 16 teams from all around the globe battle it out for the US$50,000 prize-pool.
